iSoft has a dedicated Service Support Team strategically structured to support single customer site locations as well as large enterprise maintenance accounts throughout CONUS and OCONUS. The team consists of geographically dispersed iSoft certified and highly-skilled field engineers, programmers and technicians with a specific focus on system sustainment for our customers. These resources and other effective mechanisms of support allow us to successfully service unified communications technologies at hundreds of sites across the globe.
iSoft’s maintenance program standard is comprehensive coverage, consisting of unlimited remote and onsite service calls as well as full equipment and software coverage. iSoft also tailors support features on a case by case basis to offer the versatility needed to fit the unique requirements of each customer’s circumstances including extended support hours, specific SLAs and preventative maintenance measures.
