Turnkey Projects

Site Surveys

Site Surveys are commonly a critical first step to understanding project requirements and developing a platform for design. They help to educate both the client and the vendor on all aspects of a project so an effective and complete design can be created. Factors that must be addressed during a site survey include, but are not limited to:

  • Room Size – i.e., existing system characteristics, type of environment, configuration, age and status
  • Physical Constraints – i.e., permanent fixtures, electrical access, window placement
  • Sound Requirements – i.e., acoustics, speaker interaction, microphone usage
  • Intended purpose/use of the room – i.e., Training, Conferences, Lectures, etc.
  • Customers Goal – i.e., productivity, efficiency, lower maintenance cost, ease of use, flexibility

Assessment/Gap Analysis

An inherent step in developing the appropriate solution is performing an assessment of current functionality versus desired capability. This assessment includes collaborative discussion with the customer to determine current steps as well as plans for future systems requirements. Assessments often address:

  • What is lacking in current design?
  • Is the equipment in good shape?
  • Is the equipment near end of life?
  • Does the equipment need to be upgraded to be compatible with current industry standards?
Gap Analysis

Gap Analysis – allows us to assess the client’s current design and the client’s desired future design and the
easiest, most cost effective way to get from one to the other.

Systems Engineering & Design

As standard practice, iSoft engineers develop custom system designs while incorporating the industry’s highest
quality, commercial grade products from prominent and reputable equipment manufacturers. iSoft compiles the
right components and configures them in the best manner in order to develop a solution most effect to the
customer’s specific application. The design process is a collaborative one with the customer. Design documents
often include room layout drawings, system flow diagrams, bill of materials, and a statement of work.

Equipment Procurement

iSoft Solutions maintains relationships with the top vendors in the AV industry and is able to meet a wide spectrum of customer’s hardware requirements. iSoft deals exclusively with reputable manufacturers of current and emerging technologies. For turnkey projects, equipment is received and staged at iSoft’s facility warehouse. This enables the team to perform equipment testing and pre-assembly, prior to delivery to the customers site.

Installation & Integration

iSoft’s experienced team of highly qualified and certified technicians and professional services staff will install all system components in a fully integrated fashion. Our team of professionals maintains a broad understanding of current and new industry standards for installation best practices, so that these guidelines can be applied on-site during implementation.

System Programming

Our programmers’ goal is to provide our customers with a fully integrated control system that is both comprehensive and offers intuitive operation to the end user. Our programmers specialize in customizing the display content unique to your organization’s needs and preferences. A variety of touch panel models (table top, wall-mounted, wireless, tablet) provide for a clean and user-friendly interface to control all endpoints. Custom documentation can also be made available as guides that reflect your system design layout.

iSoft conducts an orientation immediately following installation to give the users a better understanding of the technology and the confidence to successfully interact with the newly installed system. This session provides an overview of the basic functionality and operation of the system. Further enhanced, detailed training, including multiple sessions and specific topics, may also be arranged upon request.

Project Management

Each iSoft project is headed by a Project Manager, who oversees the project and our technical personnel, from the initial planning stage through to the final implementation and integration, including primary POC to coordinate customer schedule, address logistical details, etc. Our PM maintains frequent communication with the client prior to and throughout the implementation. The PM also ensures that all work is completed in an orderly and timely manner, and that our quality standards are met.

I appreciate your teams’ commitment to standing behind its products, process, and craftsmanship. Thank you.
