The best way to protect your technology investment is through an iSoft Service Agreement. Several options are available to fit your particular needs. Most agreements include: all parts and on-site labor for replacement and repair, on-site troubleshooting, remote program management, local helpline, telephone support, and loaner equipment (as applicable). Annual and multi-year service agreements are available.

iSoft Solutions facilities are unique in their ability to support all facets of a project. Our facility consists of an internal warehouse for both receiving and staging equipment. There is space dedicated to pre-staging equipment and to facilitate testing prior to delivery to the site for implementation. This focus on ensuring functionality before deployment guarantees a higher quality solution and a more efficient delivery of that solution.
iSoft Solutions facility also houses laboratories where AV and VTC equipment is utilized in-house and can be used for communication and testing with customer solutions for support services.
